INVEST IN WHAT GOD IS BUILDING

Why Give to The Gathering

Your generosity helps form a healthy, gospel-centered church in Shreveport-Bossier — a church rooted in Scripture, dependent on the Holy Spirit, and sent into everyday life.

Every gift helps us invest in people, create spaces for community, serve our city, and help others encounter Jesus.

Thank you for partnering with what God is building through The Gathering.

When You Give, You Help Create Space For:

People to Gather
In worship, prayer, discipleship, and authentic community.

Disciples to Grow
Rooted in Scripture, dependent on the Holy Spirit, and formed by Jesus.

Our City to Be Served
Through everyday mission, compassion, and the hope of the gospel.

Ways to Give

Thank you for your incredible generosity. The Gathering is being built through people who believe in the mission God has given this church, and we do not take that lightly.

We are honored that you would partner with us as we form a healthy, gospel-centered church in Shreveport-Bossier.

What do churches and Mexican restaurants have in common? ?⛪️

There’s one on every corner. ?

So why are we starting another church?

Because even with churches all around us, there are still thousands of people in Shreveport-Bossier who aren’t connected to one.

We’re not planting The Gathering because our city needs another church option. We’re planting because there are still people to reach.

Come hear the vision. Meet the team. And find out how you can be part of building something from the beginning.

The Gathering is coming to Shreveport-Bossier this fall.

We're Andy & Brinly Foxall — and together with our two kids, we're planting a healthy, gospel-centered church in this city we love.

Gather. Grow. Go.

Not another weekend service to attend. A church being formed by Jesus together — and sent into our neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces with the hope of the gospel.

Follow along as we introduce you to who we are, what we're building, and how you can be part of it.

Gather. Grow. Go.

Three rhythms shape everything we do at The Gathering. They keep us centered on Jesus and moving together as a healthy church.

→ We GATHER in authentic community. Not as spectators, but as a family being formed by Jesus together.

→ We GROW in God's Word and Presence. Deep roots over shallow speed. Disciples over crowds.

→ We GO sent into our neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, and homes. Every member a missionary. Every place a mission field.

A healthy church formed by Jesus and sent for the good.

Hi! ? We're Andy & Brinly Foxall.

Married for 17 years, raising two kids, running a small business out of Bossier City, and stepping into church planting after almost twenty years of ministry.

For nearly two decades, each of us has served in many different corners in ministry on staff at various churches. Through every season, God kept shaping a deeper burden in us: a desire to help build a healthy, Spirit-led, Scripture-rooted church centered on Jesus.

That dream has a name now. It's called The Gathering.

We're honored to help build this as pastors, parents, local business owners, and partners. And we'd love for you to be part of the story God is writing here. ?

Daily reminder. ?

Jesus didn't die for the polished, presentable version of you. He died for the actual one. The one reading this — tired maybe, hopeful maybe, unsure maybe.

You don't have to perform your way into His love. You don't have to clean up to come close.

Come as you are. He's been waiting.

Save this. Send it to someone who needs it today.

Where’s our Middle Schoolers at?! 🤩 Excited for this summer.

Healthy churches change cities.

In a world that often feels disconnected, hurried, and performance-driven, we long to build something deeply rooted. A church centered on Jesus, grounded in Scripture, dependent on the Holy Spirit, and shaped through authentic community.

We believe a healthy church can bring real renewal to real people in real places.

And we're praying for Shreveport-Bossier to encounter the presence and love of Jesus in real and lasting ways.

Women’s & Middle School Bible Studies happening this summer. ☀️
Men’s Bible Study, Outreaches, & Worship Nights coming soon!
This is in no way exclusive to our church launch. We are excited to build community with anyone and everyone. We’ve had some sweet middle schoolers from awesome churches come to hang out & we have women coming in the same boat. However, if you have any interest in launching with us, this is a great start!
